4. How to train a cat to: Use a toilet
Training a cat to use the bathroom certainly requires some job, but consider the advantages: saving on litter and enjoying a cleaner home. First, position your toilet adjoining litter box. Then bring it nearer and nearer to the top of the seat gradually— you may need a stool to make the cat’s method simpler. Once your pet is used to using a litter box on top of the toilet, move to a unique litter box that suits inside the toilet itself. (Buy flushable litter and expect spillover.) Use less and less litter gradually to get your cat accustomed to doing company without it, and then remove the litter box completely.
